Michael is a Partner of The Penrose Group. He joined Penrose in 2011 from Turner Construction and earned his Bachelor’s degree from Susquehanna University.  Michael is responsible for acquisitions at Penrose along with daily management of project design, permitting and construction administration activities for all of The Penrose Group’s development projects.  Projects of note include Park Crest community in Tysons Corner, VA along with Latitude, Pike 3400, and 672 Flats Apartments in Arlington, VA.  Michael is a member of several professional organizations including , The DC Real Estate Group, ULI and is a LEED AP BD+C.
