During its time in business, The Penrose Group has been involved in a number of real estate and development deals in the Mid-Atlantic region. At one time, The Penrose Group was one of the largest owners of contiguous land in the Washington, D.C., metro area. Representative projects include the master-planned, mixed-use community King Farm in Rockville, Maryland; Park Crest in Tyson’s Corner; and Gateway Center in Columbia, Maryland, as well as commercial offices, apartment buildings, warehouses and hotels throughout the Washington, D.C., metro area.
