Riverside USDA Building

Riverdale, MD

This design/build project is a six-story, cast-in-place concrete structure with a brick masonry façade. The 337,500-square foot building is situated on a 12-acre site, which includes on-site parking to accommodate 900 vehicles. The interior fit-out of the lease-back building included a child care center, fitness facility and an in-house credit union.
