Columbia Gateway Center Buildings 1, 2 and 3

Columbia, MD

Located in Columbia, MD, this combined two million-square foot industrial project provides warehousing needs for large corporate users such as Sears, Costco, and Giant Foods. This project consisted of old manufacturing buildings that were completely renovated. The site was a so-called “brownfields” site and required extensive environmental remediation while development was underway.
